Apologies for the sarcasm. If there is one thing common between India and China it is how both manage to alienate smaller countries in the neighbourhood. When China stepped into South Asia it came in the backdrop of India’s failure to execute development projects with the speed that it’s neighbour craved and murmurs about India playing big brother in the region.
