Mumbai: Bollywood veteran producer Boney Kapoor recently shared an inspiring update on his weight loss journey on his Instagram page. He posted a side-by-side photo, showcasing his transformation from 2004 to the present, with a noticeable weight reduction. The actor, who was last seen in the film ‘Tu Jhoothi Mein Makkar,’ has successfully shed 17 kilograms, bringing his weight down from 115 kg to 98 kg.

In an interview, Boney Kapoor credited the weight loss tips and guidance provided by his late wife for his remarkable transformation. He revealed that he has made significant dietary changes to achieve his weight loss goals. One of the key changes he implemented was reducing the consumption of oily foods and opting for gluten-free meals.

Additionally, he has cut down on his intake of sweets and shifted to low-sodium foods to maintain a healthier lifestyle. He admitted to having a sweet tooth that he could not completely give up. To manage this, he has limited his portion sizes when indulging in sweets.
