New Delhi: Delhi Capitals (DC) defeated Gujarat Titans (GT) by 4 runs in the last-over thriller at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. Chasing the target of 225 runs, GT lost the wicket of skipper Shubman Gill in the powerplay. Sai Sudharsan scored 65 runs off 39 balls with seven boundaries and three maximums. David Miller also smashed 55 runs off 23 balls, his knock was laced with six boundaries and three maximums. GT needed 19 runs off the last over and Rashid Khan smashed two boundaries and a six in the first five deliveries. 4 runs were needed on the last ball but Rashid hit the ball towards Stubbs at long-on and DC won the match by 4 runs.

Earlier, DC scored 224 runs in 20 overs. DC lost three wickets in the powerplay but Axar Patel and skipper Rishabh Pant played sensational knock. Axar smashed 66 runs off 43 balls with four maximums and five boundaries. Rishabh Pant also scored 88* runs off 43 balls, his remarkable knock was laced with five boundaries and eight maximums.

After the completion of the DC vs GT clash, there are changes in the Orange Cap list, Rishabh Pant comes in at third position with 342 runs and Sai Sudharsan comes in at fourth position with 334 runs. The Purple Cap holder list sees changes after DC vs GT clash, Kuldeep Yadav comes in at the fourth spot with 12 wickets. Jasprit Bumrah remains at the top spot with 13 wickets and Yuzvendra Chahal is at the second spot with with 13 wickets.
