Norfolk Coroner's Service had made the appeal after Ian Trueman’s body was found when he died at his home in Lakenfields on March 18.

The inquest into his death was opened at Norfolk Coroner’s Court, based at County Hall, on May 9.

Speaking to a coroner’s officer ahead of the opening, Mr Trueman’s sister, Julia Binns, confirmed her brother had been born on April 17, 1956, in West Sussex.

Mr Trueman’s support worker of eight years identified his body to a detective constable at Norfolk Police. There were no suspicious circumstances.

The medical cause of death was given as “multiple drug toxicity”.

A full inquest to determine the official cause of death will take place later in the year in October following reports being submitted to the coroner.
