With temperatures and natural disasters increasing each year, climate change has become a force to be reckoned with. Global carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions are a key contributor to global warming and the tragic state of the Earth. 52% of the global CO2 emissions are the result of the non-eco-friendly activities of China, the US, and India.

China, as the world’s largest emitter, releases a significant amount of CO2 due to its extensive industrial activity and reliance on coal for energy production. The United States and India are not far behind China in this regard. These countries rely heavily on fossil fuel burning for energy production and, thus, impact global emissions. Other significant emitters include Russia, Japan, Germany, Iran, Australia, and Mexico. Despite concerted efforts to transition to renewable energy sources, the emissions from these countries collectively drive climate change.
