Developers named in planning papers as Mr and Mrs Brown have applied for outline permission to build on land off St Johns Road at Tilney St Lawrence, near King's Lynn.

A planning statement says: "The application site constitutes an undeveloped gap within an otherwise built-up frontage.

"The dwellings will be positioned in line with the neighbouring residential development either side of the site."

It adds future homeowners would be able to walk or cycle to nearby Terrington St John to access shops, takeaways, a pub and school.

Existing trees on the site would be retained, while landscaping proposals will be submitted at a later date.

It comes after West Norfolk council agreed outline plans for up 39 new homes on the nearby KGB Transport depot.
