It also underscores the importance of direct observation and experience. However, in contrast to the deductive style, the inductive approach might have been more appropriate for a revolutionary book like the Holy Quran, which places a greater emphasis on action and struggle than on isolated ideas.
The Holy Quran is the only book that gives a proper and effective role to intellect in purely religious matters and provides religious guidance in purely worldly matters. The emphasis on intellect and knowledge is not found in any other religious book. Rational reasoning in explaining the wisdom of pure religious beliefs and worship is scattered on the pages of the Quran. The Holy Quran’s presentation of historical events and their selection are so superb that readers can understand the current day in these historical accounts, along with detailed instructions from the historical figures applicable to their respective times.
