Scottie Scheffler is on fire.

The Professional Golfers Association of America (PGA) tour pro is fresh off winning the Masters tournament for the second time in three years. He just won the RBC Heritage tournament, which was paused Sunday due to rain, and took home the top spot Monday.

In his last three events before the Masters — the Arnold Palmer Invitational, the Players Championship and the Texas Children’s Houston Open — he finished first, first and second, respectively.

He’s amassed over $16 million in his past five tournaments, boosting his career PGA winnings to over $57 million, good for tenth all-time amongst active PGA pros. The $3.2 million prize for first place at RBC will put his winnings over $60 million, vaulting him over Matt Kuchar and Jason Day to put him at eighth on the career winnings leaderboard.

Scottie Scheffler has won the RBC Heritage, taking home $3.6 million.

Last 5 Events
• Arnold Palmer: 1st
• Players: 1st
• Texas Children’s: 2nd
• Masters: 1st
• RBC Heritage: 1st

That’s $16 million in winnings over 44 days.

At just 27 years of age, Scheffler is on an unprecedented hot streak. And he doesn’t show any signs of stopping. (RELATED: Legend Tiger Woods Breaks Amazing Masters Record)

He’s the first golfer to win a tournament the week after winning the Masters in almost 40 years, matching a feat last accomplished by Bernhard Langer in 1985, according to Sports Illustrated.

Rather than rest on his laurels, Scottie pressed on the gas and cruised to a convincing victory, despite needing an extra day to do it.

Scheffler is exactly what the PGA needs right now. As LIV siphons off some of the sport’s best and brightest talents, Scheffler remains committed to the PGA, showing no signs of defecting.

Scheffler doesn’t cry about treatment or freedom or flexibility like many of the dudes who jumped ship for LIV. Rather, he just goes out and wins. Don’t like the payout for third place? Ok, go win first place then. Scottie does just that, dominating the sport on his way to one of the most ascendant stretches golf has ever seen.
