The Sindh High Court Bar demanded the formation of a judicial commission to investigate the letter of the judges and asked that a judicial commission consisting of three judges of the Supreme Court should be formed.
The Sindh High Court Bar expressed concern over interference in judicial matters and said that interference in the affairs of the judiciary is tantamount to attacking the judicial system.

A constitutional petition was filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of Mian Dawood Advocate, in which it is requested to form an empowered commission of the Supreme Court and conduct an inquiry on the letter of the High Court Judges.
Mian Dawood advocate in the petition argued that the letter of the Islamabad High Court judges seems to be a premeditated plan and the Supreme Judicial Council is not an institution to investigate such disputes.
