Both Kinds of Standards – CNN

So it is actual incitement that does not bother everyone?

It was just last weekend when the entirety of the press complex rushed to report Donald Trump promised violence if he was not elected. He used the common economic term "bloodbath" in describing the auto industry and the greater economy, but the shrieking from the press fainting couches was heard nationwide.

Last night on CNN, James Carville was on in primetime with Anderson Cooper, and the Democratic operative called outright for violence against Donald Trump. That deafening sound you hear is from crickets, as nobody in the media expresses an iota of outrage over this blatant call for an attack on Trump. As he mentions doing "the wet-work," Cooper chuckles and mentions how it "Sounds like a mob hit." Carville even confirms this: "It's a CIA term – to take a guy out."

Stealth Story Evolution – THE NEW YORK TIMES

Somebody received a phone call from some office in the administration, didn't they?

The Times put out a piece on the Biden administration issuing standards on the automotive industry. This effort is part of Joe's desire to get the country driving EVs by forcing us to buy the cars we don't want, from the automakers losing billions annually due to cars they cannot sell.

It appears the headline announcing this will be a phasing out of gas-powered vehicles sounded too extreme – albeit accurate – and the paper has been compelled to represent this story from a new angle, to please the administration.

"Hi, New York Times? This is the Biden administration:
We're going to need you to change that headline from the scary one about taking away gas cars, and put one up with a nicer-sounding one about EVs.
That you for your support on this matter." pic.twitter.com/1QZTKl0Cy3

First Amendment Strike Force – GLOBE & MAIL

Censorship, in order to save democracy.

There is ZERO surprise this comes from a Canadian outlet. The justification for silencing and censorship in the press continues, but given this example is from North of the Border – where they champion shutting down expression – that makes it all the easier to ignore the idiocy.

News Avoidance Syndrome – VARIOUS OUTLETS

Violence, clashing with authorities, gripping video – for the press to walk away from that says everything.

In a similar fashion to the entry we featured yesterday on the media’s refusal to cover the issue of an immigrant shooting a trans individual in a hate crime, there was a mass riot erupting at the border in Texas with border agents, and most of the press turned their backs on the story.

Of the three network newscasts, they saw only one covering the story, for barely 30 seconds.

.@CBS was the only network to report on illegals overrunning the border at El Paso. https://t.co/XVHdBxsXie

Reporting on the Mirror – NBC NEWS

You know, we covered how they twisted your words, in the past.

This makes the push to remove her look all the more valid. It has been announced that disgraced former RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel has signed with NBC to be a contributor with the network news division as well as MSNBC. It will be worth watching to see if she retains her pro-Trump positions or transforms into the "approved conservative" the network favors, such as Michael Steele.

DNC PR Firm – POLITICO / THE BULWARK

Yet another case of the True Conservatives™ supporting a Democrat.

Are things not working out at The Bulwark? For some reason, Charlie Sykes – one of the legion of former conservative commentators broken by Trump – appears in Politico with a piece guiding Joe Biden on what he should do to aid his reelection bid. (Sykes resorting to Joe Scarborough commentary says plenty.)

Sykes suggests that Biden emulate a ploy used by FDR, mentioning by name members of Congress who are opposing his agenda:

But, perhaps it’s time for Biden to up his game and once again, start naming names. Trump himself has frequently (and effectively) taunted his opponents. But it was FDR who was the master of the art. And Biden could learn from him.

There's Chaz Sykes, once again guiding us on proper conservative thinking.
