The level of homelessness suffering in this community is shocking and disturbing.

Windsor’s leaders failed to secure federal funds under the Housing Accelerator Fund for housing and infrastructure.

This appalling refusal to accept federal requirements to secure such available funding is reckless and irresponsible.

The grown-ups in this community need to speak out loudly, now.
