It is hard to understand how a fine city like Windsor would put millions of dollars into a pavilion for a streetcar and Christmas lights in Jackson Park — when most of the roads are full of potholes and in disrepair.

The garbage at the sides of the road and in the median on the E.C. Row Expressway feel and look like we are driving in Detroit.

It seems like common sense is in short supply.

People who are already short of finances will be paying repair bills for damage to autos due to Windsor’s poor road conditions.

I know we are not the only ones to feel this way.
